This Drill Bit is made in the USA and custom ground to be self guiding for the primary side of the Quadrajet base plate.
3/8" throttle shaft bushing kit. Fits the Quadrajet secondary shaft plus Holley, Thermoquad, GM TBI and others with 3/8" shaft.
10 New 3/8"" bronze bushings for secondary Quadrajet shaft and 20 screws to replace. Screws are 3-48 for Quadrajet shaft
Plus the special drill bit for the secondary shaft hole in the baseplate.
Stop collar for drill bit is included.
This kit provides enough components to repair 5 Quadrajet base plates.
Now includes the bushing driver!

Secondary Shaft Bushing kit and drill bit.
If you already have your carb apart why take a chance and not make it better than factory new while you can. Most of the time only a primary shaft needs a bushing kit, but. Do you really want to wonder if the secondary shaft is on the edge of needing repair soon. Do it also and get a better night's sleep.

Excellent product, worked as described. I like the drill bit design better than the reamer. Self centering and depth can be adjusted.
