Complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning
Jets and primary rods sized for proper calibration
New Primary front mount vacuum brake pull off (rear mounted pull offs, and second pull off cost extra)
float
high flow needle/seat
secondary air valve cam and tension spring with new air valve screws
primary shaft bushings with new throttle blade screws
power piston spring with retainer
base gasket
air horn gasket
fuel filter and spring with inlet gasket
complete accelerator pump assembly and return spring
check ball
choke blade screws
Choke seals if hot air or electric choke
All new gaskets, including base and air cleaner
and more.
Level 2 and 3 builds include more items and services.
Additional parts and services may be required at extra cost. These would include
Stripped threads or broken screws
Auxiliary pull off, vacuum brakes (Primary is included)
Choke Element carb mounted. Hot air, electric. Cost applies if replaced.
Missing parts
Your carburetor is reassembled and all actions are measured to verify proper functions.
Wrapped and packed and shipped back to you ready to go with instructions for fine tuning.

Quadrajet Level 3 Rebuild Service
After bolting carb back on engine all I did was prime the bowl by adding fuel down the vent tube and it immediately started. Once warm adjusted idle and hit the road. Still need to adjust idle mixture screws, per AFR gauge idle is a bit lean. So far my 69 427 Corvette is very happy with Quadrajet Power.

ordering process was great, appreciate the professional advice in making choosing which way to go. Finished product looks great and was well packed. Due to cold weather here in Indiana, I have not been able to get the carb installed so I can't provide an evaluation of performance at this time.

QUADRAJET REBUILD Review
I have to give an outstanding review for quadrajetpower.com after getting the carburetor installed and tuned in. #QuadrajetPowerLLC did an excellent job on the rebuild. Communication was great. Quick turn around. They can re-plate or re-color the metal parts. A little background, I had a 68 Firebird 400 HO 7028271 carburetor rebuild by another well know re-builder . It started right up got it tuned in and It ran real good. Only issues,I had was that it took a few attempts to start it after driving it and letting it seat for awhile. However I just thought that was how carburetor was suppose to behave. I happened to have found another 7028271 carburetor earlier this year and thought I would get it as a backup. I was doing some research and ran across QuadrajetPower.com. I read some information from others that had used them and and thought they were good. So I thought I would give them a try and compare the two. This one I got from Quadrajet Power seems to run much better. Starts right up. No hesitation on WOT. Runs really great. Restarts right after letting it set for a while after running it. Fast turn around time. I am very pleased with it. Thinking about sending the other one in for a build. Awesome Build! If you need one rebuild don't hesitate on giving them a try. Quick turnaround.
