This is a service for your Quadrajet.
Our mill and tooling will make sure the thread coil is inserted square to the facing, so you will have solid thread and good seal.
We pressure test to verify the seal.
1971 or earlier Quadrajet.
Send your fuel filter housing with body. We have new available if needed.
Send your Quadrajet main body only. There will be a $50 disassembly charge if you send complete carburetor. It will not be reassembled.
***NOTE*** This process involves risk that you accept with request for this service. Many bodies have decayed, cracked, flared, or otherwise damaged through the years at the inlet. Not all can be repaired. We have done hundreds successfully. This service is at your risk. If we aren't able to repair the inlet, we do not charge for the inlet repair. We are not responsible for replacement of the body.
