Most can, but not all.

There are some rare Quadrajets that have a very high value. So when you are restoring a numbers correct car, and find that correct build date original code stamp Quadrajet, you get it, right? But sometimes, it looks like the original picture. Then what. 

This particular unit was a 1969 Buick GS Stage 1 4 speed Quadrajet. 7029246. Badly rusted, and missing parts and pieces, but it was an original code stamp. (Watch out for fake restamps!)

We can usually take one like this and end up with a great finished product. Some have damage internal too severe to be corrected, but we don't know until we get in to them and see.
