This is a service for your base plate. For this service, send us your base plate only.
- Remove and reinstall the shafts to make sure there is no binding and that they open to full 90 degree
- Drill and install primary throttle shaft bushings
- Base plate is machined smooth on bottom for seal to intake
- This service is included on ALL of our carb rebuild packages
- Repair of broken screws in shafts NOT included. Additional cost would apply. Minimum $25 for up to 4 screws. $5 per screw after that.

base plate rebuild
Base plate was rebuilt and returned to me in ten days. Repair was good. A little concerned as the screws in the throttle plates were not peened to prevent coming out. All other issues were fine

Great work!
I had some broken screws on the base that needed tapped and threaded and they were able to fix them (small additional charge) and do the full base rebuild as well. Looks great and functions perfectly. Turn time was decent, considering the extra work.
