Precision Drill Set with Pin Vise This set is perfect for tuning your Quadrajet. Change orifice sizes with ease for the idle tubes, idle air bleeds, main air bleeds, down channel restriction and most anyplace in the carb that needs sizing. Sizes range from .0225 to .0635 . Even numbers from 74 to 52 Features: Knurled aluminum handle and nose, with brass quick release collet. Twelve custom long-length twist drills indexed by drill number and decimal diameter, even sizes 52-74. Longer uniform 1 7/8 inch drill length improves effective drill reach. The manageability of the small diameters is greatly improved. Attractive pocket sized carry case holds all 12 drills, sizing index, and tip drill handle. Handle diameter 5/16", Nose & Cap diameter 3/8", tool length 4-1/4".

Idling

I couldn’t get my carb to idle bellow 1k rpms. These bits helped me get carb to idle by drilling the idle tubes and down channel restrictors . Now I idle at 750rpms no problem. And thank you Quadrajet power for making a YouTube video on how to do this.
