All builds includes these items:
- Complete disassembly
- Ultrasonic cleaning
- Jets and primary rods sized for proper calibration
- New Primary front mount vacuum brake pull off (rear mounted pull offs, and second pull off cost extra)
- Float
- High flow needle/seat
- Secondary air valve cam and tension spring with new air valve screws
- Primary shaft bushings with new throttle blade screws
- Power piston spring with retainer
- Base gasket
- Air horn gasket
- Fuel filter and spring with inlet gasket
- Complete accelerator pump assembly and return spring
- Check ball
- Choke blade screws
- Choke seals if hot air or electric choke
- All new gaskets, including base and air cleaner and more.
- Level 2 and 3 builds include more items and services. Additional parts and services may be required at extra cost. These would include Stripped threads or broken screws Auxiliary pull off, vacuum brakes (Primary is included) Choke Element carb mounted. Hot air, electric. Cost applies if replaced. Missing parts Your carburetor is reassembled and all actions are measured to verify proper functions. Wrapped and packed and shipped back to you ready to go with instructions for fine tuning.
