Includes tap, to add threads to the hole in air horn originally filled with aluminum plug.
Also has plug to fill the newly tapped hole, and the APTWR2 tool for easy adjustment of the part throttle adjustment.

the kit was pretty e-z to install, the only thing I would include would be some instructions my kit didn't come with any at all.
